Reservations are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to find a solution in case of unavailability.

Your reservation implies unequivocal acceptance of the regulations. Non-compliance with the regulations, as well as non-compliance with French law (night disturbances, presence of narcotics, illegal downloading, etc.) may result in the cancellation of your reservation and immediate expulsion from the premises.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.
The apartment is clean and tidy upon your arrival and must be left in good condition upon your departure. Please dispose of your waste in the appropriate bins and wash your dishes: ordinary waste and recyclable waste in the appropriate containers outside the building, glass in the nearest glass container at Place Saint Paul.
Condominium, Occupancy: Respect for the neighborhood is paramount: please respect the tranquility of the building.
Smoking is prohibited in the building, whether in the apartment, stairwells, hallways, courtyard, or at the window.
Quiet occupancy of the premises (apartment, common areas) must be observed.
Please remove your shoes upon entering. No audible noise from outside the apartment will be tolerated between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (excessive noise in the apartment, noise in common areas, or at the window).
Pets are not allowed. Access to the building and the apartment is exclusively reserved for persons registered on the reservation. Our prior agreement must have been obtained if you wish to receive persons not provided for in the reservation. The number of occupants mentioned in the reservation must correspond to the actual number of occupants. Our apartments can only accommodate 2 people simultaneously, including babies and children. The person who made the reservation must be present throughout the stay.
Here, we strive to take care of the planet: compost, low-energy light bulbs, water and electricity conservation. At a minimum, we ask that you remember to turn off your lights when you are absent and not to leave windows open when the heating is on!
Included Services, Price: The costs of restoration or replacement of broken items or resulting from excessive wear of the apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. You will have your own set of keys to the apartment; in case of loss, the replacement of lock(s) will be at your expense. In case of suspected non-compliance with the regulations, especially following complaints from neighbors, we reserve the right to inspect the premises at any time and without notice.
